    I am an experienced Human Resources professional with a history of leading/managing recruitment for major companies such as DSW, Ashland, and Worthington Industries. Today, I own an HR consulting firm (HRinHR) and also serve as an interview/career coach for Right Management. I enjoy working with new graduates who are starting their career journeys and deliver excellent coaching that helps win that first job.

    I have deep expertise in the Human Resources and recruiting fields with organizations such as STRS Ohio, the City of Columbus, and KidsOhio. Earlier in my career, I was a graduate coach for Franklin University and helped students chart and start their future careers. Today, I run my own HR consulting practice, called InnerGi Consulting.

I know the recruiting process exceptionally well and understand what hiring teams want to hear and see.
